Located at 59 S. 2nd Street in Pittsburgh, PA, The Distillery Complex blends historic charm with a modern twist. Originally home to Joseph S. Finch’s rickhouse in the late 1800s, the building has been thoughtfully preserved—its bones, structure, and character intact—while new construction has transformed it into a six-story playground. Seven Governors' Gin
We're kicking off the new year featuring our Seven Governors' Gin. It's smooth, it's clean, and it's bold at 94.6 proof. The nose features bright juniper (it is gin, after all), with tangerine and floral highlights dancing through. The finish brings just a hint of cinnamon warmth. Crafted from 100% corn, this gin stands out whether you're mixing up a classic martini or exploring new cocktail territory.

Senior Mint
This decadent cocktail tastes just like your favorite movie theater candy, but all grown up. We've combined our Wheat Whiskey with our Chocolate Flavored Vodka, house-made peppermint schnapps, and a touch of vanilla to create a perfectly balanced treat that's rich, minty, and dangerously drinkable.
