Located at 59 S. 2nd Street in Pittsburgh, PA, The Distillery Complex blends historic charm with a modern twist. Originally home to Joseph S. Finch’s rickhouse in the late 1800s, the building has been thoughtfully preserved—its bones, structure, and character intact—while new construction has transformed it into a six-story playground. July's Cocktail of the Month is so uniquely refreshing that it's One in a Melon! If you're into American Whiskey, fresh watermelon juice, lime, agave, and Mission Fig Fennel bitters, then boy do we have a cocktail for you! Watermelon and whiskey may sound like an odd pairing, but the warm caramel and vanilla notes create the perfect foundation for the bright watermelon.
