OUR VISION

Big Spring Spirits Icon

With an emphasis on local, Big Spring Spirits was founded with the vision of being a community-centric craft distillery in the heart of Central Pennsylvania. Leveraging Bellefonte's Big Spring award-winning water, we've produced a line of products that have found it's way into taverns, restaurants, and homes across Pennsylvania.

SPIRIT OF THE MONTH

SEVEN GOVERNORS' GIN

Our gin is smooth and clean, even at such a high proof. In the nose and the taste, there is quite a bit of juniper. Beyond that, the aroma features tangerine and floral highlights, with just a hint of cinnamon in the finish. It's delicious in a gin & tonic, but mixes incredibly in most cocktails, sweet or dry.

COCKTAIL OF THE MONTH

GARDEN PARTY

Raise a glass to summer with a Garden Party! Our June Cocktail of the Month combines Straight Rye Whiskey, cucumber, mint, and lime for a crisp and refreshing warm weather concoction. The fresh cucumber and mint complement the woody vanilla notes and bring out the orange and honey flavors that naturally occur in the Rye Whiskey.
